1. Shipping Coverage

          Domestic (Vietnam): We deliver nationwide via trusted courier partners.

International: Selected products (roasted beans, merchandise) can be shipped internationally. Please contact us before placing your order for detailed support.

2. Delivery Time

Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi (urban areas): 1–3 business days.

Other provinces in Vietnam: 3–7 business days depending on location.

International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays, Tet, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

3. Shipping Fees

Domestic:

Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND.

Orders below 500,000 VND → fees based on courier rates.

International:

Shipping fees are calculated by weight & destination.

Customers will be informed before confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
